Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year! Please stay tuned for a list of meetings and events for the year. Good luck in school!
Every graduate of De Marillac Academy has the opportunity to participate in the Graduate Support Program. This unique program assists students’ transition into high school, advocates for their continued success and well-being, and prepares graduates for high school and beyond. De Marillac currently has five alumni classes totaling 94 graduates. Fifty-three students are enrolled at private high schools in San Francisco, and 10 students are at public high schools in the city. There are an additional six students that reside outside of San Francisco that attend public schools or alternative programs in their area. Eleven students from the inaugural Class of 2004 are in college. Seven attend a four-year college or university, including St. Mary’s College of California and San Francisco State University, and four are at a two-year college. For the Class of 2005, eleven students will be enrolled at a two-year or four-year university or college. Graduates also return to De Marillac to gain valuable service experience through tutoring current students, helping teachers with projects and special events, and supporting office staff in numerous clerical tasks. In addition to their involvement in high school clubs and activities such as choir, band, and athletics, De Marillac alumni make giving-back to De Marillac a high priority. During the 2007-08 school year, graduates volunteered over 1000 hours of service to the De Marillac community!
