Students Take Part in San Francisco Tradition |
|
The unveiling of the Christmas windows at Macy's Department Store on Union Square is an annual tradition in San Francisco. De Marillac students again took part in this celebration to kick-off the holiday season.
Prior to the unveiling, Macy's treated students to dinner and also asked them to reflect on the meaning of Christmas. Many students commented on the importance and love of family and friends, and then included their reflections on a postcard destined for the North Pole. De Marillac is grateful to Macy's for its continued partnership and support of our students. All photos ©2009 1eyespotphoto, Michael Pina
